Welcome to Bodyline Cosmetic. Transparency and trust matter to us. The following general terms and conditions govern our services and the sale of products.
These terms apply to all services and product sales by Bodyline Cosmetic. By booking an appointment, receiving a treatment or purchasing a product, customers accept these conditions.
Appointments can be made in person, by phone, email, messaging or through an online booking system. Confirmed appointments are binding. The studio reserves the right to move or cancel appointments for important reasons and will offer an alternative where possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations, 50% of the treatment price may be charged. Failure to attend without notice may be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
The prices in force at the time of the treatment or purchase apply. Payment is made immediately after the treatment or purchase, in cash, by debit card, credit card, TWINT or another offered means of payment. Advance payments or deposits may be required.
Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. They are transferable but not redeemable for cash. In the event of loss, theft or damage, no replacement can be claimed.
Before the treatment, customers must inform the studio of any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication or other relevant health circumstances. Information that is not disclosed may limit the studio's liability.
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and conscience and in accordance with applicable hygiene standards. The outcome of cosmetic treatments cannot be guaranteed due to individual characteristics.
The studio is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence within the limits of the law. No liability is assumed for personal belongings, unless required by law.
Swiss statutory warranty provisions apply. Opened or used products are generally excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened so that the following appointments can be kept. The full treatment price remains due.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and used solely for appointment management, customer care, invoicing and legal obligations.
The studio reserves the right to exclude customers from treatments in the event of inappropriate behaviour or breaches of hygiene and safety rules. Costs already incurred remain due.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is — as far as legally permitted — the registered seat of the studio.
